Initially, CASE concentrates its resources in the area of systems installation, network integration, performing on-site warranty and parts-swapping services. It gradually allowed the company to involve itself with larger and more complex systems.
 
In November 2002, CASE has set up its Professional Services Division providing service in the implementation and deployment of ERP systems, namely the PeopleSoft suite of HRMS products. CASE provides HRMS consultants for projects in the Asia; in addition, we are also PeopleSofts Training partner for Asia and providing Training service to ten Asian countries from India to PRC.

On special area needs mentioning, besides being service supplier to large projects, CASE is also very active in the retail/consumer service market. We were appointed by Apple, ASUS and Haier as their Carry-in Center partner, by today, we have carry-in center operations in HKSAR, Shanghai, Beijing, Wuxi and Tsingdao.
 
For the IMAC project, our experience in this area is unmatched; each year, we provide delivery and installation, call center scheduling and warehousing.
