Communications and Services Experts Limited (hereinafter called "CASE") is a well-established supplier in the Information Technology Services business. Since the company was founded and market opportunity identified, CASE has been in the business of providing comprehensive solutions to customers' Information Technology Service needs.
The commitment to service has enabled CASE to build up enduring relationships with major information systems users and integrators in Hong Kong and ensured that the company is given the opportunity to bid for most major and private network and system service projects in the territory.
Initially, CASE concentrates its resources in the area of systems installation, network integration, performing on-site warranty and parts-swapping services. It gradually allowed the company to involve itself with larger and more complex systems.
In 2002, CASE has set up its Professional Services Division providing service in the implementation and deployment of ERP systems, namely the PeopleSoft suite of HRMS products.
CASE separates its business into four vertical businesses, namely:
1. Network Services
Traditional hardware maintenance and implementation service for large IT projects. We also work with CISCO products to provide infrastructure solutions in the retail, properties management and hospitality industry.
2. Logistics Services
Focus in the IMAC (installation, move, add and change) service area. We perform delivery and installation to over 40,000 units of IT and multimedia products to Hong Kong home users annually.
3. Professional Service
Focus in consultancy resources and ERP implementation service for Oracle products. Currently, we have approximately 150 professionals working in various projects in Hong Kong.
4. Retail Service
Focus in the setting up of carry-in centre operation to serve the general public. We are appointed by Apple, ASUS and Haier as their Carry-in Centre partner. By today, we have carry-in center operations in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Wuxi and Tsingdao.
CASE runs its operations on our own developed web based Call Management System (CMS), it incorporated all service activities in a single system enabling users to monitor and manage the status of the service on a real time basis (detailed description is in the later part of this profile). This system is also available for our clients and partners to manage our SLA.
We have by today become a full service vendor, with coverage in 6 major China cities including Hong Kong, with a strong reputation among its customers and enjoying synergistic relationships with key market players including Apple, Lucent, ASUS, Haier, CISCO, IBM, HP, PCCW-HKT and Oracle.
